
Reverend Adrian J. Bullock
Pastor
Adrian J. Bullock is a Raleigh, North Carolina native dedicated to following Christ’s Commission and sharing Christ’s love with all people. A graduate of North Carolina Central University (BBA), and Campbell University Divinity School (MDiv, 2022), Rev. Bullock is also pursuing an Associate Degree in Funeral Services at Fayetteville Technical Community College. At 29, his commitment to ministry and community service reflects a deep passion for holistic leadership and care. Pastor Bullock currently serves as Senior Pastor of the historic Beaver Dam Missionary Baptist Church in Clinton, NC, where under his leadership the church has experienced remarkable growth—spiritually, financially, and physically. Notable achievements include campus renovations and additions, launching live-streaming services, establishing archives, and expanding local and state missions. Additionally, Rev. Bullock served as the Triangle Area Campus Minister for the
Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, engaging students across five universities and colleges to build transformative ministries. During his tenure these ministries have saw spiritual and numeric growth. Before this role, Rev. Bullock served as Youth Pastor of the West Durham Baptist Church in Durham, under the leadership of the Rev. Dr. LaMont J. Johnson, Sr., where Pastor Bullock oversaw the Youth Ministry, instituted the youth church, and facilitated its annual youth and family conference.
Rev. Bullock is actively involved in the broader church and community. He is a leader in the General Baptist State Convention of North Carolina, where he established the Young Preacher Network, serves as a member of the executive
board, and contributes to voter engagement efforts. His roles extend to the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of North Carolina, where he serves in the Racial Equity and Justice Team, and numerous civic organizations, including the NAACP, Prince Hall Masonic and Order of the Eastern Stars organizations. A passionate advocate for young preachers, racial equity, and community engagement, his voice has also been featured as an article contributor for publications such as the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship Global’s “Prayer of the People,” “The Gathering” magazine for the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of NC, “Baptist Bulletin” of the General Baptist State Convention of NC, and the Joint Baptist Committee’s “Report from the Capitol.” Pastor Bullock received his license to preach in August 2015 from his home church, Watts Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC, under the guidance of his spiritual father, Rev. Dr. Harry L. White, Jr. He was ordained by the Wake Missionary Baptist Association in August 2022. Rev. Bullock is married to Aneika E. Bullock, a PhD student in Public Administration at NC State University. Together, they are committed to a life of service, scholarship, and shared ministry.
